Delivery takes around 7-14 business days to the UK, whilst International could take from to 14-25. Since we do not use track and trace, we do not know exactly when your delivery arrives.

 

Your order will be prepared for you after receiving the payment (1 to 2 days after you have transferred the amount). The pre-orders and special products are delivered as quickly as possible and have a maximum delivery time of one month. Exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to compensation. We are not responsible for delays by Royal Mail or any other Post service.

 

We ship internationally by Royal Mail. The international delivery duration varies per country. You can check them here. We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.

 

We handle standard free flat rate shipping (flat-rate shipping is not traceable).

RETURNS POLICY

Worn jewellery can unfortunately not be returned due to hygienic reasons. Items may be exchanged for a product of the same price if It does not meet the requirements within 20 days. If you made a wrong decision and you want a refund the package must be send back to us within 14 days. The shipping costs ( most of the time a post stamp ) are for the customer due to our shipping policy. Returns should be made to:
